Who doesn’t love the spa?!

We’d all like to be able to go the spa often, but that isn’t always possible. However, the spa can be created in our own home just for each of us. Also, what if I told you that the home spa will help alkalize the body and remove toxins?

All you need are a few items to create a glorious spa:

  • Epsom Salt – a couple handfuls
  • Pure Baking Soda – 1/2 cup
  • Lavender Essential Oil – 10 to 12 drops

Plus a bathtub and water, of course. Light some candles or turn the lights down low, play some soft music, and relax.

Relaxing in the tub provides us with many benefits. The combination of the natural ingredients helps to:

  • Naturally Alkalize the Body
  • Lower Stress
  • Draw Out Toxins
  • Promote Circulation
  • Remove Dead Skin
  • Improves Sleep
  • Reduces Inflammation
  • Helps Ease or Prevent Headaches and Migraines

It is imperative for us to ensure that our bodies detox, as toxins are so easily absorbed through the air, water, food, products, and medicine that we utilize. Removing toxins from our body through soaking helps our body not to have to work as hard to flush toxins, but also boosts our immune system and preventing disease.

Baking soda contains alkalizing properties that draws toxins from the body. Epsom salt naturally exfoliates the skin, helps to reduce inflammation, and eases headaches. Lavender oil helps to improve sleep, lowers stress, and also eases headaches. The hot water promotes circulation and perspiration (how your body exudes toxins).

Natural healing and relaxation in the comfort of your own home.

Happy healing, Warriors!

For babies, you should probably check with their pediatrician first…if that thought crossed your mind.
