My Wonderful Oil Diffuser!!!

diffuser

Many of us may recall having a humidifier with vapor product in it when we were sick and stuffy. The warm vapor open up our little noses and help rid us of congestion.

Now, let’s put a spin on this. Keep the vapor, subtract the heat and replace the vapor product with essential oils and we get….an OIL DIFFUSER!

Originally, I purchased this because I LOVE the way essential oils smell. Jasmine, lavender, vanilla, chamomile and the likes. However, once it arrived, I had a change of plans. I wanted to use it to improve my sleep. I take my little diffuser, add water and a few drops of lavender oil. I alternate between allowing it to continuously diffuse and 30 second diffusion intervals. It is wonderful to help with getting good sleep! Another plus is that the diffuser is quiet and it won’t interrupt sleep. For the traveling Warriors, the diffuser is lightweight and easy to pack.

The beauty is that diffusers can be used for other aromatherapy methods as well. Different essential oils can be used for different moods and battles.

The essential oils can be used separately or mixed together. If you plan to mix the essential oils, be sure to understand which ones can be mixed and the proper amounts.

Although there are many different types of oil diffusers, I chose an Ultrasonic Cool Mist oil diffuser for less than $30 on Amazon. The cool mist disburses the oils without evaporating quickly from heat.

The versatility of the little oil diffuser is wonderful as it helps with healing!

I hope that this finds you and helps you!

Happy healing, Warrior!
