You are your own warrior. You must be the conquerer of all of your fears. If you choose not to face it, it will consume you.

Today has been quite a glorious one! If you are like me and completely ADORE the great things of nature and were able to view the Solar Eclipse, then you are over the moon (pun-intended but that is also how I feel).
It was fun to have a pin-hole viewing box and to play around with the solar glasses as well. Those ten or so minutes of spending time outside marveling at the wonders of the literal Universe was PHENOMENAL! It is one of those things to share stories about, generations from now.
Weeks leading up to the eclipse have been the home of intense energy. This energy has pulled many things to the surface that needs to be addressed. If you have been feeling as though there are many emotions, memories, and other things coming out of nowhere, they may be things that demands your attention in order to be released.
Happy Wisdom Wednesday!
How many times have we focused solely on the things that we haven’t done “right” rather than the things we have done well? Why are we not quick to give ourselves credit? Credit for learning something new. Credit for jumping back on the proverbial horse after falling off. Credit for having the courage to do something when we were scared out of our minds. Credit for having the courage for facing the day when we feel like we want to stay in the bed forever. Credit for achieving our goals of eating better, going to bed at a decent time, moving more, reading more, writing in our journal, loving our body, loving ourselves, loving others…the list goes on! Celebrate yourselves, Warrior!
Friendships change with growth and years. Some evolve together while others morph into different worlds. Celebrate both of them and definitely cherish those that have evolved and grown. – Warrior Wisdom and Wit
Joy often comes in forms that you least expect it. This path provides prime opportunity for blessings (big and small). We must open up and allow them in. Often times, it may feel serendipitous. Other times, it may not. But either way, it is beautiful.
Happy Wisdom Wednesday, Warriors!

We connect by opening our mind and heart to the Most High. We connect by aligning ourselves with the Universe. We connect by being one with ourselves. We connect by being an empty vessel waiting to be filled.

We must allow nothing or no one to detract from it; not even ourselves. Continue reading
