Fruitful Friday // Give Yourself the Space

Ah, it’s Friday for many of us in the Northern Hemisphere and it seems that this week was full of lessons (as always). 

I chose to step away and allow myself the space to center myself; to focus on closing out things that were due to be complete; to fuel myself with intentions; and to appreciate life. Oftentimes, we are caught up in what needs to be done, what we want to do and just the day-to-day. While all of these things brings beautiful gifts, we need to recognize the need to give ourselves space.

​🍐 Fruitful Friday 🍐

Hello, my good people. I hope that your days have been going well and that you are enjoying the positive flow of energy from Mother Moon. 

As the Full Moon graces our space, I wanted to share some Warrior Wisdom with you. 

Be aware of what you allow into your psyche at every moment. Little do we know how much impacts us on a day to day basis. Actively exercise that filter of yours over your eyes and ears. 

This discernment will help us our mind positive and prevent negativity from seeping in. 

As you rest this evening and weekend, make it a point to actively weed through the positive and negative. Notice how much better you feel afterward.

The Tranquility of Restfulness


It is summer and you’ve been using the energy of the season to go full throttle. But, now, you experience times when you feel like you’ve put forth all of your energy and there is none left.

This is when we must say to ourselves, “We must rest. It is okay to relax and recharge.” And this is true. Doing so may feel like a challenge when there are things to get done. But one must realize, that there is a l w a y s something that’ll need to be done. What comes first is the healing and resting of one’s mind, body and spirit.

Stand strong and keep your faith. Your Warrior spirit will get you through every moment. Muster up the strength if you need to. Meditate on a beautiful moment that you’ve had to push you through.
