today, I have the pleasure of observing the natural efforts of the bees. as they went about their way, uninhibited, I was quickly reminded of how we should stay true to what is within us no matter what the outside elements are (the wind for the bees, in this case).
oftentimes, we allow the outside things to act as a cover for our uncertainty or fear. fear of success.
fear of change.
fear of actually being who we are supposed to be.
but what do we get if we don’t step into who and what we are supposed to be?
we get S T U C K.
stuck is lack of progress. stuck is insanity. stuck is being unmovable.
it is y(our) choice.
what will it be, Warrior?
A little self-care and positivity goes a long way. Self-care begins within. In your mind. In your spirit. In your heart. Take the time to begin within and work your way outward. Be at peace as you move about. Smile and be joyful. It’ll go a LONG way.
Have a beautiful self-care weekend!
Ah, it’s Friday for many of us in the Northern Hemisphere and it seems that this week was full of lessons (as always).
I chose to step away and allow myself the space to center myself; to focus on closing out things that were due to be complete; to fuel myself with intentions; and to appreciate life. Oftentimes, we are caught up in what needs to be done, what we want to do and just the day-to-day. While all of these things brings beautiful gifts, we need to recognize the need to give ourselves space.
// Sunday Inspiration //
As many of us get ready for the week ahead, take a moment to reflect on this message. Remember that you have the power within you to:
⏺️Reach your goals
⏺️Figure it out
⏺️Be at peace
⏺️To let old things go
⏺️To forgive yourself
⏺️To forgive others
⏺️To begin anew
the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate

Such an important aspect of life but easily forgotten. Life gets in the way. People test our patience. We’re tired. We want to be alone. Things are hard. And so much more.
But just an ounce of kindness turns the storms into rainbows. One being kind to another can truly change someone’s disposition. It can put a smile on their face and change the energy of their day. That energy will be shared with any other person that crosses their path after they received your kindness. Such a beautiful circle that can come from being deliberate about our energy. It’s simple.
Yes, we may not feel like it from time. And yes, it may be hard. But it is worth it. Worth the effort. Worth the beauty of the worth. Worth the joy. Just plain worth it.
Be kind always. It is truly beautiful!
One love, Warrior!
Life is full of experiences; each of them unique. Some tend to play in our mind more often than not. Some experiences stick with us longer than it should. Some are small. Some a big. Some in between.
Not everything is meant to follow us through our lives. We can learn from them and utilize the lesson but there is no need to continue to stay in a moment in the past.
Life is gifted to us daily. Choose to live it in the present.
Hello, my good people. I hope that your days have been going well and that you are enjoying the positive flow of energy from Mother Moon.
As the Full Moon graces our space, I wanted to share some Warrior Wisdom with you.
Be aware of what you allow into your psyche at every moment. Little do we know how much impacts us on a day to day basis. Actively exercise that filter of yours over your eyes and ears.
This discernment will help us our mind positive and prevent negativity from seeping in.
As you rest this evening and weekend, make it a point to actively weed through the positive and negative. Notice how much better you feel afterward.
Peace to you, Warrior!
It is summer and you’ve been using the energy of the season to go full throttle. But, now, you experience times when you feel like you’ve put forth all of your energy and there is none left.
This is when we must say to ourselves, “We must rest. It is okay to relax and recharge.” And this is true. Doing so may feel like a challenge when there are things to get done. But one must realize, that there is a l w a y s something that’ll need to be done. What comes first is the healing and resting of one’s mind, body and spirit.
